Who we are and what this policy covers
Ironwood Epoxy Flooring of Glendale is a flooring contractor in Glendale, CA. We install epoxy, polished concrete and other floor systems for homes and businesses in Glendale and the cities around it.
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, call us or send us a request, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. It applies to this website, starting from our home page, and to the contact you have with us through it.
If you'd like to know more about who we are before you read further, our About page covers that.
Information you give us
Most of what we know about you comes from you. When you fill out our estimate or contact form, call us at (747) 372-8604 or email us, you usually give us your name, phone number, email address and the address of the property where the work would be done.
You may also tell us about the job, such as the size of your garage or floor, the condition of the concrete and when you'd like the work done. Some people send photos of the floor, which helps us prepare for the estimate.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service. When you submit it, the form service receives what you typed and passes it to us, and its own privacy policy also applies to that submission.
We only ask for what we need to answer you, schedule an estimate and do the work. Please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form or by email.
Information collected automatically, including cookies and analytics
When you visit the site, your browser sends some technical information on its own. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay and the site that sent you to us.
We may use cookies, which are small files your browser stores, and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how people use it. We may also use analytics services that collect this kind of information on our behalf so we can see which pages help visitors and which ones need work.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site should still work, though some features, such as the contact form, may not work as smoothly.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to reply to your request, set up and carry out estimates, schedule and do the work, send invoices and follow up on the job.
We use the technical and analytics information to keep the site running, fix problems, protect it from misuse and improve the pages people find useful.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the people and services that help us run the business, such as our form service, website host, analytics provider, email and phone providers and payment or bookkeeping tools. They get only what they need to do that job for us.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or the safety of others, or if the business is sold or reorganized, in which case this policy would still apply to what was collected under it.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and job records for as long as we need them to answer you, do the work, stand behind it and keep the business and tax records the law asks of us.
If you asked for an estimate and we never did a job together, we don't hold on to your details longer than we have a reason to. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, such as limiting who can see it and using services that protect data in transit and storage.
No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent to us online will never be exposed. If we learn of a problem that affects your information, we'll tell you when the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Depending on where you live, including California, the law may give you more rights over your personal information, such as the right to know how it's used and the right not to be treated differently for using your rights. We'll honor those rights when they apply to you.
To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for adults arranging flooring work. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, tools or the law change. The current version is always the one posted on this page, so check back here if you have questions about how we handle your information.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about this policy, want to make a request about your information or think we've handled it in a way we shouldn't, please tell us. Call us at (747) 372-8604, seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, or reach us through our Contact page.
We respond within 1 business day, and we'll work with you to sort it out.
